Confused

For a very very long time... in sunday school... i have never felt more confusing about the sunday school lesson.....
How is it that one is a co-worker... yet the work is done before one become a co-worker.....???(the future work??)
How is it that as co-worker that we can't do the work???(if its a learning process....then why can't we do the work??)
How is it that.... erm....Nvm.....
When one is serving very actively does not neccessary mean he or she is alive in christ.....
While one seem luke warm maybe more alive in christ then the super active....?? (Agree to certain extend..... but how can we tell??)
How one can know if he or she is moving in the right direction of growing to be christ like??
How is it that as one body.... we can't function differently as in have different functions(service)?? (isn't that as good as asking the hands to do the same thing as the legs...which is walking ??)

Anyone can help me out in these questions?? (Pls don't give me ten year series answers.......)
